Our client in the industrial sector is looking to add a Sales Representative to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for growing existing client relationships and will also be responsible for developing new business. This person will sell direct to the end user and will also work on selling to and through distributor accounts. The successful candidate will not only be a strong sales professional with a proven track record, but will also be save with setting up marketing programs and working alongside distributors. This is a work from home position


Key Responsibilities Include:

- Manage an existing portfolio of business to grow, develop and steward

- Develop relationships with decision-makers and end users within the territory which consists of Saskatoon and northern Saskatchewan

- Provides technical expertise when requires and makes appropriate product recommendations based on the needs of the clients

- Builds a well-developed understanding of the market conditions and develops and executes strategy based on this analysis

- Drives new business through cold calling, networking and referrals

- Work with both end users and distributors to further establish business and grow sales


Key Requirements:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Post secondary education in a related field

- Ability to work with a team but also independently

- Demonstrated and successful sales experience in an industrial environment

- 3+ years of sales experience

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract


A strong compensation package is available to the right candidate including a base salary of between $70,000 - $80,000, commission, company vehicle, RRSP matching, cell phone, laptop etc..
