Our client, an industry leader in the interior/industrial design industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop the website, manage social media, conduct SEO, and prepare print and online marketing projects.


·       Project manage project and coordinate with team

·       Manage the organization’s website, ensuring graphics and content are up-to-date and relevant. Using creativity and best practices to ensure website is visible, interesting and user friendly.

·       Reporting on and preparing website analytics.  Prepare and implement strategies for website engagement with customers, including business to business and business to consumer.

·       Manage SEO activities to ensure engagement is meeting metrics.

·       Manage social media accounts and develop strategies, policies and procedures in concert with internal stakeholders.

o   Prepare creative content, conduct market research, prepare business cases, and develop social media advertising campaigns.

·       Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager on budget development and monthly budget updates.

·       Assist the Marketing Manager on all print and digital advertising by media buying, working with external publications and associations.

·       Working with internal customers to enhance business to business ecommerce.

·       Assist in the design, layout and production preparation of the catalogue using Adobe Creative Cloud.


·       Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

·       Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Self-starter and team player

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Commerce
  • 2 – 3 years of Digital Marketing experience, including a strong knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Experience with CMS and ecommerce platforms like Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Experience with Sage X3 ERP’s would be considered an asset
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an asset
