Our client is looking for a Territory Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in technical sales and excel at building and maintaining relationships. This individual will be responsible for growing relationships with existing clients and selling deeper into those accounts.


  • Work with clients to promote and sell industrial equipment, parts and service.
  • Meet with a variety of clients in different industries and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing business to grow, develop and steward.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and end users within territory.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations and the company‚Äôs expectations.
  • Build a well-developed understanding of the market conditions and develops and executes strategies based on this analysis.


  • Demonstrated and successful sales experience in technical industrial sales managing and growing a book of business
  • Ability to grow market share by selling deeper and wider in to existing accounts
  • Sales experience in the industrial equipment industry or related
  • 3 years+ of sales experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and technically competent
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

A strong compensation package is available to the right candidate including base salary plus commission, company vehicle, RRSP matching, cell phone, laptop etc.
