Our client, and international leader in the garment services industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Our client employs 13,000 team partners who serve 300,000 business customer locations throughout the US, Canada and Europe. They are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to service route accounts in a dedicated market territory in the Lower Mainland area. This position is a Monday to Friday role and is perfect for an individual who wants a rewarding sales career and who loves to building relationships with clients.  This individual will:  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with accounts and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Service a designated route territory of multiple clients per day and provide exceptional customer service and delivery of products.
  • Provide account management and consultative selling within accounts by selling deeper and wider.
  • Build customer relationships and loyalty, communicate openly, educate and service customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Customer focused and willingness to exceed customer’s expectations.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional communications and time management skills.
  • Physically fit enabling reasonable lifting (50 lbs), pushing, pulling, climbing, walking and working outside.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract; must be 21 years or older.

  • $50,000 base + commission
