Our client is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Territory Manager. This person will be motivated to exceed their targets, prove that they are the best of the best, and have experience selling to engineering, industrial and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing and sales planning for territory accounts (minimal travel required).
  • Drive new business development and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Develop your own business development strategy to grow equipment sales.
  • Provide support in designing and building custom solutions to meet client needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Track and maintain prospects and new clients in the CRM system.
  • Provide product knowledge and increase demand through demonstrations, presentations, product trials, and cross-selling.
  • Provide exceptional support for existing clients, maintaining and continuously building relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of commercial / industrial equipment sales experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge / experience in rotating equipment considered an asset.
  • Valid Drivers Licence and ability to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer use.
  • Experience with CRM software.

Compensation:

  • The successful candidate will earn a $72,000 base salary, plus variable income (approximate net earnings of over $100,000 based on meeting sales targets).
